How to setup a printer to google cloud print

Google Cloud Print can print to Cloud Ready printers / devices that can be directly connected to the internet, for a classic printer connected to a Windows or Mac computer with the connection of Internet access.
Now if you use a Chromebook and you want to print a document, then you need to set up the Google Cloud Print so that access to the printer is connected.
When you use a Chromebook at work, school or at home? remember that network administrators can connect to multiple printers for you, not just one, so that the printer has could be used to get into account the office, home or school.

Connecting classic printer, then first enable the Google Cloud Print connector on the Windows or Mac computer connected to your printer. This service is highly recommended for you have been using Google Chrome. But if you use Windows XP, then you have to install Microsoft XML paper specification pack.Do not connect the printer to your Chromebook because this method cannot be used or is not functioning.
When you've installed Google Chrome, follow these steps as to enable the Google Cloud Print connector.
- Turn on your printer.
- Log in to your user account
- Go to Google Chrome.
- Click on the Chrome menu Chrome menu on the browser toolbar your right.
- Select the Settings.
- Click on the Show advanced settings at the bottom.
- Scroll down to the Google Cloud Print. Then click and add the printer.
Remember! sign in using your Google Account.
When your account option 2-step verification, then enter your application-specific password, not your Google Account password. You can create application-specific password, the section page Authorizing applications are also websites.
Then select the printer that you want to connect and click Add a printer.
The printer is now active and linked to your Google account connected to Google Cloud Print. Print to this printer whenever you sign in using your Google Account on a Chromebook.
